I wanted to get back in shape but wasn’t sure where to begin. A friend told me to get a Frisco personal trainer from Lady Trainers. Only after a few sessions, I started seeing and feeling results. My personal trainer in Frisco made sure that I stay focused on my goals. My trainer has also made sure that my exercise routines are full of variety.
I tend to get bored easily with working out, so having my trainer customize my fitness program is ideal. Not only do I enjoy working out with my personal trainer, I actually look forward to our next session. I used to just focus on cardio, but my trainer has taught me that I need strength training as well if I really wish to achieve all my fitness goals.
My trainer has also taught me other ways to get in shape. Now, I’m a big fan of Pilates and yoga. I had no idea that combining the two would give me such amazing results! Exercising often has transformed me in so many ways. I can’t believe how much I’ve been taught by my personal trainer Frisco and how much she’s helped me improve my overall health.
